Dining in our Club rooms is both enjoyable and relaxing: Our staff are professional friendly and attentive. Lunch and breakfast are available Monday to Friday. The Club does not open for dinner.

Led with expert passion by executive chef Alex Atkinson-McEwan, the Tasmanian Club emphasises regional cuisine that interprets tradition through modern techniques. Ingredients are sourced from our incomparable local suppliers on a seasonal basis and the Menu is changed monthly.

Members and their guests may dine in the formal Dining Room or may elect to dine in the smaller private dining rooms by booking their requirements through Reception.
