Dining in our Club rooms is both enjoyable and relaxing: Our staff are professional friendly and attentive. Lunch is available Monday to Friday. The Club opens for pre-booked dinners.

Tasmanian Club Chefs emphasise regional cuisine that interprets tradition through modern techniques. Ingredients are sourced from our incomparable local suppliers on a seasonal basis and the Menu is changed monthly.

Members, Reciprocal Members and their guests may dine in the formal Dining Room or may elect to dine in the smaller private dining rooms by booking their requirements through Reception.
